All contact lens orders from YourContacts are shipped using Australia Post. For Australian orders, YourContacts dispatches orders with AusPost eParcel and will email you a tracking code when your order is shipped. For international orders, YourContacts dispatches orders using international parcel post.
Australian deliveries take 2-7 working days from Dispatch if shipped via Express Post, unless on back order. If your order is placed on back order, our customer service team will inform you of the details by email.
Custom made lenses can take a few weeks to arrive in store and will be shipped according to your shipping preference.
For all international deliveries allow 2-3 weeks.
Customs and Duty
Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to local import duties and taxes. All charges for duty and taxes are your responsibility.
Delivery of overseas orders can take up to 2-3 weeks due to Customs clearance or delays.

Postage and handling costs are in Australian Dollars and will be charged as below:

Cancellation of Orders
Orders can be cancelled where delivery is 7 business days or longer. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or phone 1800 829 848 within 2 days of your order quoting your transaction number so that we can ensure this is done ASAP.
Any items cancelled after your order has been dispatched, please refer to our Returns Policy. Any goods you have ordered that are on back order can be cancelled at anytime prior to dispatch by emailing us at email@example.com.
Returns at YourContacts
Any contact lens ordered that are simply not required or have been ordered incorrectly can be returned within 30 days unopened and in original saleable condition for an exchange or credit (excluding shipping).
YourContacts takes all possible care to ensure you are supplied with the correct goods. If YourContacts has supplied your order incorrectly you can either request a replacement or full refund.
